Ninja Kity Katz

My cat is part of the ninja kat forces. You wish you had my cat. He can catch mice with his ninja cat moves and speed. He also can be the master of hiding behind couches and sometimes in them also. You that ninja cat photo on Google yeah, my cat. No one can do that good of a ninja kick, not even Chuck Norris. Now you're jealous. You'll be sad to know that the ninja cat on You tube was my cat too. Now I have to leave to feed my adorable ninja friend his food, so good-bye.

The Clown

There once was a clown
That had a big frown.
His name was Mr.Brown
He lived in China Town.
One day his spirit was down
Until he he found
something smooth and round.
It was heavy so it took him to the ground.
He was so weak he can't carry 1 pound.
It rolled him around
into a lake and then he drowned.
THE END

Patriotism Still Matters

When you hear "patriotism" what do you think of? When I hear it I think of all the times we respect the flag, how we fold it in a certain way, how we recite the Pledge of Allegiance every morning at school. You might have thought of the colors of our flag, Fourth of July, soldiers, even people writing songs about how great America is like the song Chicken Fried by The Zach Brown Band if you want. There are a lot of ways why patriotism matters it's just hard to remind yourself that it still matters.

A way we celebrate patriotism is when we have Fourth of July. Some people have no clue why we celebrate this holiday. They just have a party and go downtown to watch the fireworks. In 1776 on the 4th of July America was born, we weren’t governed by the kings in England anymore. We declared independence of Great Britain and it’s also known as Independence Day.

One symbol commonly seen on Fourth of July is the American flag. The flag represents what our country’s made of. For instance the fifty stars show we have fifty states and the thirteen stripes show the thirteen colonies. There are also the colors of the flag that show who we are. Blue stands for vigilance, perseverance, and justice. White’s for purity and innocence and red is for hardiness and valor.

Although the flag is very important I think the Men and women who were our flag on their uniforms are very important too. They are known as soldiers from the Army, Air force, Coast Guards, Marine Corps, and Navy. They have patriotism for our country and we should be thankful that they do. They fought for the freedom we have today and some died for it, so I think we all should have patriotism for our country like they do. They have bravery and showed everywhere America has bravery too.

Remember the song Chicken Fried I mentioned in the beginning. Well I wanted to share my favorite part of that song.

And for the stars and stripes
May freedom forever fly, let it ring.
Salute the ones who died
And the ones that gave their lives so we don`t have to sacrifice
All the things we love”

This song to me shows that this band has patriotism and we should all have patriotism too.
